Hey!
Please tell me the payment service with api for transfers to Visa and MasterCard.
In general, what are the options? You can use any foreign ones, it's even better.
Yandex.Money, for example, is sent only to cards of Russian banks, and even at least 500 rubles. Which unfortunately doesn't work for me.
