Is there an android barcode reader app that works in google chrome?
There is a desire to make a data collection terminal out of a smartphone / tablet, given that the database is in the cloud - there are no particular problems with this. Now we decided to use QR codes and barcodes, so there is a need to read them.
Actually the question is - is there any application / addition to chrome that allows you to read barcodes directly from the browser, and not from a separate application on the phone? The search did not help, or I'm not looking right.

Already tired of writing requests from Google in the toaster
https://webqr.com
Additions to the mob. no chrome as far as i know. But, you can write information about a particular product in QR / barcodes, so that when the application reads this code, it displays information about the product.
What is and what is not in Chrome, you need to ask in the resources of its developers, or at least "light" on its forum https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chr...
There are deep settings- flags, and to search for functionality, you need to use them
chrome: // flags ← copy the link and paste it in Chrome (❗) into the search bar
(just don’t poke yourself too much there) :)
