Is there an analogue of OpenHab without a server with Java?
OpenHab likes it just because the adnroid / iphone client only requires specifying the address of the server from which all visualization settings are taken.
But difficulties with hosting with Java to deploy an OpenHab server. Maybe there is something similar to the OpenHab client (with interface configuration without the participation of the end user), but for the client to make these HTTP requests.
Actually, the client only needs to visualize the current values and graphics for a given period. It's good if there are background alerts like push notifications. Controls (buttons / sliders, etc.) are not needed.

OpenHAB is conceived as a platform for home installations using the most common hardware and operating systems - RPi, Linux and Windows machines. For them, essno, there are necessary JAVA versions. If you have a problem with Java, then it sounds like you want to do something with OpenHAB that it was not designed for.
