What software "control panel" for a smart home exists?

In the corridor in the apartment I want to install a smart home control panel. Initially, I thought this: cut out a niche, install a power supply unit in it, split the pi, and buy some kind of touch screen for it on top, decorate it beautifully and install software. I started to google the software - I didn’t find anything nice and convenient, but I didn’t try it myself + the picture quality is so-so. I started thinking about how to put some kind of android tablet, and there is already software on it, but I also didn’t find anything pretty. Majordoma only, but it's web-based and looks like a website, not a control panel. I want something with a large font, tiles, different tips. Is there such software in nature or are all developments still in the stage of indulging and abandoning? Of course, you can still install an android tablet and start doing software for it, but this was not included in the plans))
