Is there an analogue of fullpage.js in pure JavaScript or vue.js component?

Can you tell me an analogue of fullpage.js on Vue.js or without using jQuery?
We need a plugin with pure JavaScript callbacks, since the whole project is without jQuery, and I don’t want to pull jQuery for the sake of it.
