Is there an analogue of Creative SB SVM?
My SoundBlaster has a wonderful SVM feature that does dynamic range compression on the fly and something else I think. The bottom line is that the entire audio stream becomes approximately the same volume: quiet sounds become louder, loud ones quieter. I watch movies and I can hear voices without bursting windows during explosions.
Is there a similar function in drivers from other manufacturers or is there a third-party program that does the same. The main thing is that it works for movies in the browser, and not just in the media player.
On one computer there is a built-in sound, on the other I want to take an external sound, but without an analogue of SVM it is unrealistic to watch a movie - I checked it.
The decision only under Windows7 x64 working on the fly interests.
