Actually, the CSS Comb plugin for formatting properties alphabetically refuses to work for me. It 's https://github.com/i-akhmadullin/brackets-csscomb Is there any other similar plugin or alternative to this way? Online sorting is painfully dreary.

It's better not to get attached to the editor in such things. What if your colleague/teamlead writes in a different editor, or you yourself decide to switch to Atom/WebStorm/Sublime/<an editor that will appear the day after tomorrow and turn the world over>?
PS Sorting them alphabetically, IMHO, is not the best idea, but this is already a matter of taste.
