Is there an adapter from Mini PCI-e to RJ45 (with PoE support) in nature?

There is an LTE (cat6) modem in the Mini PCI-e format, where can I find an "adapter" for it on Ethernet (RJ45) with PoE support?
Do they even exist in nature? ))

Here is an example (photo)

Only instead of USB you need RJ45

Please do not offer adapters from USB to RJ45))))

The fact is that the modem is just a modem, it needs a router to provide ethernet.
looking for mini pcie router and find what you wanted

for POE take https://aliexpress.ru/item/32920962794.html - 12v for IP cameras, if you die, you can see it as a separate scarf https://aliexpress.ru/item/4000879356160.html .
But IMHO this is a collective farm, it's easier to take a router with 4G: https://aliexpress.ru/item/4000875089639.html

The adapter as you have in the picture simply physically connects the USB lines that are in the laptop expansion connector to a standard USB connector.
Since, in essence, your modem is a regular USB device, just in a strange form factor.
If you want to connect this modem to the network, you need a USB adapter, and then a router with a USB port, or a mini-computer like RPi.

There are such devices , but what you want is not there, the modem is most likely designed to be installed inside laptops or motherboards
