Is there an accessible Russian thesaurus?

Is there an accessible, up-to-date and machine-readable thesaurus of the Russian language on the Internet, containing synonyms, antonyms, hypernyms, hyponyms, and other common relationships? A cursory search turned up mostly abandoned attempts to port WordNet.

The best thesaurus to date, most likely in Abby, was developed as part of the Compreno USH program ( habrahabr.ru/company/abbyy/blog/115226/ ).
The most voluminous, tested in practical tasks, machine-oriented thesaurus is RuThez (UIS Russia uisrussia.msu.ru/is4/main.jsp ).
True, these are all commercial developments, they are not in the public domain.
Unfortunately, I don’t know anything else comparable in terms of depth of study and usefulness for use in the Russian language.
