Is there a Windows torrent client with SymLink support?

Good day!
I really need a simple torrent client with support for distribution via symlink and the ability to run a command upon completion of the download. I have already tried about 10 pieces - either curves or slow down.
Ideally, leave uTorrent altogether, but I never found a solution with symlink.
