What is the best torrent client for linux?

I want to install a torrent client on my PC. The PC is running Linux Ubuntu 14.04.
Priorities:
1) config files 1-2 no more
2) performance (torrent download speed)
3) the presence of a detailed Russian manual for setting up
In general, if I compare transmission and rtorrent right away, so what to put?

Qbittorent is arguably the best torrent client in the Linux world.
You will hardly find this for fast-growing programs. In the IT world, a good/average knowledge of English is a must have.

I set up myself when it was necessary: rtorrent + rutorrent, very convenient, try it.

In general, if I immediately compare transmission and rtorrent, so to put it to the point?

Yes, whatever you like best: love graphics - Transmission, love text mode and Ncurses - install rTorrent.
Put both, what's the question? in terms of volume, these are tears, in terms of ease of installation - elementary from a regular repository, in terms of free - ... you can’t take it out, yes ;-)
Performance does not depend on the user image.
And it seems to me, the one who asks "what to put?" - don't care about configs... : spank with a mouse - don't move bags.

Better one that is supported by your favorite torrent tracker.
