Is there a webinar service with the support of a human translator?

You need to organize a webinar with a teacher who speaks a foreign language. At the same time, a human translator will work for most of the audience. We need the ability to organize it in a convenient and understandable way for users. Theoretically, it is possible for an interpreter to simply broadcast simultaneously with the teacher (if he knows how to synchronously, of course), but then you will need to ask the listeners to mute either the teacher or the interpreter (whichever is more convenient for you). Any tips?
In addition, you need the functionality of recording a webinar and accepting payments.
You can offer paid ones, I am ready to pay for high-quality communication and functionality.
Thank you!

I use a service like Clickmeeting and I know they have a parallel session option. but I haven't used this feature yet. but as for me, it is better to do the translation in subtitles. then those who know the language of the speaker can listen without problems, and those who do not know how to read subtitles and listen in parallel, thereby learning a new language for themselves. I think it would be a small plus even for you as organizers. Of course, if you do it all right.
all this can be organized, for example, in such a way as to make the speaker and translator speakers. and when the speaker is giving his lecture, the translator in the text field makes a translation of what was said.
