A program for generating keywords from a corpus of texts/website?

Is there one at all? You just need to analyze the text and derive keywords that summarize the most common phrases. Something like this. Thank you.

I remember working with such a plugin for Wordpress.
I almost never met stand-alone programs or online generators, and those that came across worked normally only with the Latin alphabet.
