is there a way to teach google chrome to properly highlight text that is a link?

for example, if the word "hello" is a link, then I can't select and copy just "wet", as is done in opera. I searched through extensions and didn't find anything similar.

The only thing that was found was ToggleLink .

Put the cursor on top of the selected place, hold it down, lower it and select it - though it doesn’t always work correctly.

You can select any part if you start the selection from the beginning or end of the link

I've climbed to look for information on your question and found an extension that opens several links at once, this is really cool! And thank you Snap Links Lite ! ))

Now you can select links anywhere with the Alt key pressed
