I would like to be able to quickly change one server to another server if one fails.
Domains are hosted on Yandex.Mail for Domain.
I understand that it is impossible to change the A-record instantly - it all depends on the DNS providers of the users.
Maybe there are some services that provide call forwarding services? Or it is necessary to lift the routing server? Is there a way to solve this problem?

Put a small TTL in the record, then it will change quickly.

Use a good DNS hosting, for example https://zilore.com/ru (IP changes within a minute, tested on a production server)
