How long does the cache take to refresh? Maybe I have something on my computer?

the stub from the registrar is implemented through delegation of the domain to special ns servers, which
give the server ip for any request, which draws it for any request.
The lifetime of such a resolver is up to 15 minutes.
When you paid, the registrar returned the ns delegation to the registry. The ru zone is updated once every 2 hours.
In a normal state, everything should have worked in 2 hours.
The problem could be created by the provider's DNS server or another one in the resolver chain up to the root.
