During this time, other people could use the computer and try to go where they should not (in your profile, for example).
Is there a way to find out who logged into which profile, how long the computer was on, what programs they used, what files they opened?
Maybe in windows 7 there are built-in tools for this or is there a good third-party software for this?

Oddly enough, in Windows, profile protection is made no worse than the entire system. To do this, you need the truth so that no one knows the administrator password and, of course, that it be complex :) When everyone works under the same account that has admin rights, then in this case it is useless to install any tracking software :)
