Hello everyone ) I have been using Avast for many years (7-8) and everything has always been good ) but in recent months I began to notice how it sometimes heavily loads my CPU ;( how to limit the load on the CPU? (up to 5% percent masimu)

Antiviruses load everything. There is no normal antivirus that did not gnaw the processor with a bang.
The best antivirus in the world is BRAIN !
You just need to think about what you are doing / downloading / installing.
I am a PC User. Having assembled a computer a little less than a year ago, I have never installed an antivirus on it. And I won't bet. Bottom line, the computer works great. And the reason for this is not luck, but I just think what I'm doing.
