Is there a way to check if the phone catches 4g with Vietnamese firmware?

My brother bought a xiaomi redmi 5 phone, in the store they assured him that the version was global, but in fact it was Vietnamese.
He says he doesn’t catch 4g, is there any way to check for sure whether the phone catches 4g, what bands it supports, or maybe it’s a SIM card?

There is an application in PlayMarket, it can show the signal level and operating mode (2G \ 3G \ 4G) of the
Network Cell Info Lite device
. But this is provided that the device is not blocked and catches the network with a SIM card inserted.

You can start with self-study - start learning some simple programming language, read the theory. At the same time, decide on the niche you want to occupy (web or application programming, and other branches below). How it goes depends on you personally.

- I have never met developers who have completed any "programming courses". This suggests that most of those who completed such courses did not get a job anywhere.
- You can have an honestly received diploma from a very good university and be a disgusting programmer, or vice versa. That is, education does not guarantee you a job.
Tip: read a couple of books on PHP and JS, make a couple of websites and go to an interview with a shitty website development company for a shitty salary for a shitty coder position. In half a year or a year, if everything is ok, you will find a better place.

And please don't confuse JavaScript and Java - they are two completely different languages.

In today's IT, it's stupid to learn PHP, PYTHON, JS, or anything else . Modern IT is an area where every month a new popular technology is invented , today you are cool in JS, tomorrow it is not so cool. Today you learned YII and tomorrow no one needs php. Nobody knows what will be in demand tomorrow . Therefore, if you don't want to do TDD (Toster Driven Development) tomorrow, you need to learn to learn today. Yes exactly. Enter the university, computer science, physics, mathematics . Any technical faculty. Without the skills to learn, your current skills will lose relevance.
PS Of course, you can achieve this without a university, and not everyone needs a big salary, today you can have an average salary in the country sitting on odesk and making business card sites day after day .
IMHO

I would go to "epam" for free courses. A good option if you have time.

some HTML and Adobe Coldfusion

it's just a hand.
No courses, all the more cheaper and faster, will give skills sufficient even for easy orders from freelance.
The best experience actually is Google + freelancing
. You can get 1500-2500 euros only by programming in C, having a good experience behind you and somewhere in Moscow in a large office.
At 32, it seems a bit late for me to start coding professionally, with such requests.
I would personally advise you to go into info-business and/or SEO or arbitrage. There you can get the desired profit in the shortest possible time, you just need to be able to.

DANCO is definitely not worth it, everything that is in THEIR training program, with the proper approach and desire, you can master on your own with the same training periods, and then practice-practice ... For example, with regard to PHP, there is an excellent book, probably one of the best for PHP - "PHP 5. In the original 2nd edition, D. Koterov, A. Kostarev"
For JavaScript - this is of course this resource, and for HTML, CSS - here
As for the second ( Step Academy ), the first link , also not worth it, everything that is described there is similar to that written above.
The third link has nothing to do with programming, only superficial. You want to become a programmer, not a system administrator.
And here is the second link, there is a good program, but very expensive, and while you should not, otherwise you really won’t like it.
It’s better to try it yourself from the beginning with web programming, there the level of entry is lower, if you are interested in the profession of a programmer, then you can switch to system-applied programming.

Going to IT for the sake of money will not work.
And, wait, wait.
For Kiev, a normal salary is 3-5k euros (60,000 - 100,000 UAH) per month
But courses for 48,000 for 12 months (4,000 UAH per month) - is it expensive? :)
Courses where you will be served by several people per month, at least. And everyone should have a "normal ZP"? :)
Some kind of template break
