Is there a way, on a second monitor running in duplicate mode, to scale the image to crop the edges of the image in a controlled manner?
There is a task to display on the second monitor (which has a higher resolution than the main one) to duplicate the image from the main one and at the same time controllably change the scale so as to crop the program controls, leaving only the necessary information in the visibility zone. The video card is Intel HD Graphics 520, Windows 10 OS. The main monitor is connected via vga, the second one will be connected via hdmi.
