on the MSDN forums they write a limit of 128 characters. and there is no way to increase the possibilities, without creating custom attributes.
and custom attributes look to big haemorrhoids. it's a pity. but 128 characters is already enough :)

To store, as far as I know, there are no restrictions. But in any dialog boxes there may well be restrictions.
Those. you need to look for a way to write / read, different from the standard one.

Excuse me, but why so many?
all the positions in one of the opsos of Ukraine got into my AD, even the most evil ones, like “network quality control engineer in the northwestern region, Uryupinsk region”, except that later I had to walk through some names of the regions, for example, to shorten them, because the names left AD somewhere else and didn’t fit there anymore
