Is there a voice service in which you can put the logic of the answers?

Is there such a service in which you can write the following logic:
A person calls a certain number, a record is started for him, then another record is switched on based on the person's answer. Those. we are interested in a definite answer. For example, if a person says “Hi”, my audio replies “Hi, how are you?”, replies “Bad”, asks “Why?”, or for example replies “Fine”, then my audio replies with a different speech.
How can this be implemented, or can there be a service?

A person calls a certain number, a record is started for him, then another record is switched on based on the person's answer.

This is called "voice menus", with the addition of voice recognition of the subscriber (most often, just template phrases) - they are already used in many places, for example, in Sberbank, at OpSoSs.
EMNIP, asterix already has this too.
Actually, the recognition of ready-made phrases or phrases from words known to the device (program) was implemented even on ancient Nokias.

not advertising, if that is
off.top. and in general there are very strong commercial products for call-centers. Asterisk there was not even close in terms of functionality. I just fucking remember. I worked 5 years ago with one of them.

In detail and without superfluous - mutually exclusive conditions :)
Usually they compile like this:
And we get a binary named myprog :)
This is in the simplest case. In a more complicated case, a Makefile is used, where a lot of things are written.
