In my career I faced the need to use Agile and SCRUM technologies. So far, I have little idea what it is - advise where you can get information for a beginner - preferably Russian-speaking
I tried to search on Youtube - unfortunately everything is for those who already use technology

Yes, there are already enough articles on the net.
If the question is still relevant, you can read the book - Jeff Sutherland "Scrum. A revolutionary method of project management" - he is actually one of the founders of Scrum.
Or maybe you can take a course. I know about the training from the founder of the Agile community in Ukraine, Alexey Krivitsky. He does this training infrequently, but the reviews are very good.
