Is there a virtual bank card service (similar to Qiwi) that can be used to receive payments?

Greetings!
Recently there was a need for a virtual bank card/account. (no, not to pay for salts and mixes, you need to get something in dollars) I used to use the Qiwi Visa Virtual service and it suited me, but payments to the main card can only be received in rubles.
Are there analogues of Qiwi Visa Virtual for opening a bank account (a virtual card, it doesn't matter) with the possibility of replenishment through other banks in dollars? (including SWIFT transfer)
Or are there no other options besides banks?
Just for the sake of one payment, opening a bank account for a couple of years is not cool.
Thank you in advance!

If we are talking about a transfer from card to card, then most likely the currency will simply be converted into rubles, if you are sent a transfer in another currency, it is better to check with your bank where the card was issued.
SWIFT is an international bank transfer, usually costs from $20 min, usually only organizations send it
.
You can also receive through:

  • Via Payoneer Billing Service https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a...
  • Paypal, including the ability to pay simply by card, for those who do not have a paypal account
  • Western Union

probably in any normal bank you can open a dollar account and receive swift
virtual cards on it, too, everywhere you can issue
transfers in dollars from card to card in the Internet bank never appeared in Russia I don’t see such an opportunity in Internet banks now, I
advise Alfa Bank

So far, it turns out that Qiwi Visa Virtual has no analogues. To be honest, I'm surprised that kiwis are the first in this area.
Thanks for answers! I will definitely try the suggested services.
Except banks. Banks are shit.
