ODesk: how to withdraw money in Kazakhstan?

Hello, dear toasters and habrausers. Not so long ago I decided to try my hand at ODesk. Oddly enough, the start was not the worst. I made some money, but I can't withdraw it.
1) PayPal does not withdraw money in Kazakhstan. There are exchangers for another wallet with a commission of 12 (!!!)%, but it’s not at all a fact that they work.
2) The Payoneer card has been sent, but it will only be in a month. We are waiting, but the money is needed now.
3) Skrill seems to work fine in Kazakhstan, I'm testing it, but again, it's not a fact that it works.
Tell me, please, if there are Kazakhstani freelancers here or those who are familiar with such a situation - how to withdraw money from ODesk in Kazakhstan?

PS Out of ignorance, I withdrew a considerable amount to PayPal, and therefore the issue of withdrawing funds from PayPal is extremely acute.

I'm from Kazakhstan, I get money for payoneer. True, I do not work on Odessa, but remotely in an office that also outputs to Payoneer. With paypal, too, you can withdraw to it as far as I know.
Once upon a time I also wanted to try Odessa, but I got stuck on "prove your address" and never went further. How did you prove your address?

Relatively recently, withdrawals to Visa cards in Kazakhstan became available. PayPal commission 5 USD. JRazor do you have a Visa card? And also please unsubscribe to those who already use this method. Seems like the most convenient way out there.
