Is there a utility to kill a process by clicking on its button on the taskbar with a modifier?

Actually, the title says it all. It would be convenient, for example, Ctrl + clicking on the process button in the windows taskbar to kill it, and, say, Alt + clicking - restart it. Has anyone met this?

1. A program that kills the process by right clicking on the close button (among many other things):
www.nurgo-software.com/products/aquasnap
But this function is not available in the free version.
2. Just kill by keyboard shortcut - here are some options:

I am satisfied with the process hacker, where these operations are carried out in two clicks.
By restarting the process, you will get a completely different one, with a different PID. All bindings of buttons to a specific process will disappear.
