Is there a USB2 → USB3 adapter for the motherboard and front panel?

The motherboard has three USB2. A USB3 pigtail is brought to the front panel.
Is it possible to somehow use it, at least in 2.0 mode?
I searched for Aliexpress - apparently, my request turned out to be inadequate. Technically, it should be - just do not connect the 3.0 pins anywhere.
I understand that you can buy a controller in PCI-E. There is no PCI-E on the motherboard, and the task is extremely cheap, to the detriment of performance.
The question is more complex. Is there a USB3A adapter for the same pigtail (I will remove the plug and connect it somehow)? Let at least one port work ...

Soldering is not an option? there you just need to use 4 wires, as in usb2.0
