Is there a usb adapter for power only?

Good afternoon.
I use a couple of USB ports only for charging devices. When connected, windows in Windows constantly pop out, sometimes they start looking for drivers, etc. If you connect to a turned off computer, it sometimes wakes up and you have to put it back to sleep ...
I want to make it so that only charging is from these ports, and data is not transmitted .
Advise, is there any ready-made adapter? Soldering is lazy :)
A link to Chinese products is welcome)

Good day.
You can explicitly set what to do when connecting USB.
If Android, then go to the "Settings" menu, go to "About phone" and tap on "Build number" 5-7 times, then back to "About phone", the item "For developers" should appear and "USB configuration" should appear in it " - there you can select "Charging only". Perhaps this item is immediately there and you don’t need to do anything else, but I didn’t have it. As a hard option, break off the central contacts on the cable with tweezers.

There are only 4 wires
for charging, you only need +5 and GND, the data lines can be cut off.
