Is there a UPS for routers?
There is a TP-LINK TL-MR3020 router powered by 5V.
I want to make a small UPS so that in the event of a power outage, it continues to work for a while.
Initially, there were thoughts of using some kind of Power Bank for this, but I could not find an option that would support simultaneous charging of devices and power from the network of the Power Bank itself.
Are there any other, preferably compact, options?

what for? What would a mobile phone / tablet be able to surf?
1 - you need to make sure that the connection does not disappear, the fact is that all the same, the "penultimate" devices (hubs or routers) are usually in your own house (in a multi-storey building, also in your own entrance) .. and most of their typical disconnections too cuts down
2 - and I agree with Jump , you can, with a clear conscience, plug in the router's power supply into a regular oops
Here is from the comment above - it suits you perfectly if the capacity of one 18650 is enough.
And so buy a lithium battery charging board on Ali, they are a car there, set not 4.2, but exactly 4V (to significantly extend the life of the battery), and then DC-DC step-up to five volts directly in parallel 18650 (and you already need to dial them quantity, at least one hundred pieces).

5 volts out of 12 can be made by car charging or a DC-DC converter from aliexpress.
It is not necessary to look for computers.
There are for gas boilers, for example.
