Is there a Trojan in the MTS Connect Manager?

After installing the connection manager from MTS (Internet in the country), I noticed that something began to load the system from time to time. I checked the processes, I did not find anything suspicious, avast did the same. But something is running in the background, loading the system and the Internet channel. Could it be a trojan collecting information or something else?
