Is there a translator of rubber ducky scripts into a general purpose language?

There are commands for Rubber ducky on Github. Is there a compiler to translate these commands into the language used by BAD USB (like C++)?

No, there is no such thing. Rubber ducky uses its own scripting language.
You can only translate it into C++ or another general purpose language manually.
