Where to apply for a programmer in Samara, St. Petersburg, Moscow?

I'm going to be a programmer this year. I want to connect the future with web programming or working with android / ios. I'm going to take mathematics, Russian, physics, computer science. In total, there will be at least 170-210 points. The choice fell on cities from the subject: Smara, Moscow, St. Petersburg. What universities can you recommend (preferably with a hostel)?

I remember that about this number of points was barely enough to enter a decent Togliatti university. True, I had only 2 subjects (mathematics + physics).
And on the topic - it doesn’t matter at all, at least go to work as a security guard in a strip club. Experience in programming will get the same.

The tower has a newly formed faculty of computer science together with Yandex
cs.hse.ru
I study there, but the department is not connected with Yandex. There is an opinion that Yandex guarantees a good education.
Baumanka has a mail.ru technopark with a very good program, although I'm not sure if it is additional to the main program.

In St. Petersburg there is SPbAU, actively collaborating with JetBrains.

I'm not sure that there is a bachelor's degree there.
I don’t understand the USE scores and I can’t say if 210 is enough. The point is to choose faculties at companies.
