Is there a tool to protect against the installation of adware?

They gave me two different people on a laptop, complaining about the brakes of the brains of the system.
And the problem is not that 1-2GB of RAM in total, but how much garbage software was.
Something like this:
Avira, Avast, Malwarebytes, mcafee, Yandex browser, Amigo, Punto Switcher, MediaGet, Alawar ...
+ A bunch of extensions in browsers ...
In a word, a complete nightmare, despite the fact that there are several antiviruses on the PC at once xD
Is there a tool that does not load the system to uncheck the parasite programs?

There is.
Just take away administrator rights from the user - and he will not be able to install any programs.

Only clarification and education in terms of computer literacy. No other way.
If whining begins like "You do it, you don't need to teach me, otherwise I'm already old", then even "collectible stars" will not help.
KIS is able to remove jackdaws in popular installers, but it does not always work in my experience. Yes, and all sorts of car installers. In the same Auslogics Disk Defrag, at first there was a page with checkboxes to stop any slag, then they made a page for each additional poop with a checkbox, now instead of a checkbox, the button is right in place "Next", and the button for release is to the left.
