Help me find an online or offline resource for creating letter templates for email newsletters. Preferably drag & drop. The task is to ensure that every sales manager who works for me can, without much knowledge and effort, form a beautiful letter (picture) in it and send it to the client from his mail. There are many solutions, but they are mainly resources for mailings, where one template is formed and then sent to the database. Accordingly, it is impossible to create your own letter template, individually, for each client and save it on a PC.

В mailchimp есть drag&drop редактор для создания шаблонов, после чего можете получившийся код сохранить себе.
