Is there a speech recognition software?

Tell me, has anyone come across a ready-made solution for Android that listens (or on click) to a microphone, translates speech into text and sends the result to a given URL?
I think it’s clear what it is for, it’s strange that I couldn’t find something like this, but I’m 99% sure that someone has met it.
