You need to broadcast sound from an android device to a linux system, a la airplay for android. Maybe there are some free solutions? Haven't found anything yet myself.
There is miracast in android, but it is designed to broadcast the screen and sound. In principle, it is also suitable, but for some reason it is not possible to find a single such solution on a PC, i.e., something like a miracast server.

The simplest is Bluetooth. I doubt you will be able to programmatically capture non-root audio output on Android.
