Is there a solution to the hotkey bug in Visual Studio for Mac?

Visual Studio 2017 Community for Mac.
With a non-English keyboard layout, hotkeys do not work, both system copy / paste (for example), and hotkeys set by ide. For example, Cmd-V, with the Russian keyboard layout (can be counted as Cmd-M (Russian)) does not work in ide, it does not insert text from the buffer. Works only after changing the layout. Searches in Google were unsuccessful, I found only that the problem exists with other people.
I tried stupidly with the Russian layout to add a combination, it adds, but the combination still does not work. Screenshot below.

Is there a solution for this bug?
