Is there a good VS equivalent for ASP.NET MVC development on mac?

It is possible to purchase macbook air for a relatively symbolic price. But the question arose with the comfort of asp.net mvc development. Rummaged, but did not find suitable alternatives to the studio on Windows. I saw an option with installing a second OS on a poppy, but somehow I don’t really like it. Perhaps I missed something? Who uses what?
