Is there a simple client to update ddns by rfc2136?

The bind server with rfc2136 support is up, everything works, but sometimes you need to update the hostname for a single XP machine behind a simple router. There are no servers at the remote point, the router only supports some DynDNS or No-ip at best. We need a simple Windows client that would automatically update the host using the rfc2136 protocol. Well, or tell me howto, if it is implemented by regular means.

Um. I will answer myself. It seems that there are no normal solutions (I went through several programs, they all do not really work), I had to compile a batch file based on nsupdate.exe from the bind installation for windows.
