Redirect domains delegated to Yandex?
Several domains are delegated to pdd.yandex.ru, you need to link the domains to a Wordpress site in the Microsoft Azure cloud.
Domain #1 :
The current single referencing entry on Azure is:
Host [*], type [A], entry value [ip azure]
www. domain .ru linked well, but I'm having trouble with http:// domain .ru
Domain #2 :
Current records:
Host [*], type [A], record value [ip azure]
Host [@], type [A], record value [ip azure]
Host [www], type [A], record value [ip azure]
http:// domain .com works, and www. domain.com _- No.
Domain #3 :
Records are similar to domain #2 , but this is a .ru domain (I tried it because I once experienced similar problems in Azure for unknown reasons due to the difference between .ru and .com domains).
http:// domain .ru works, but www. domain.ru - no .
Tell me what I'm doing wrong and is it possible: in the case of domain number 2, to make a hard redirect to a specific domain only from www?
Answer the question
In order to leave comments, you need to log in
Domain number 1:
What prevents domen.ru from writing an A-record in the same way? Instead of Host, you need to write @ and, in the same way, select the A-script and write the IP.
If you have already done this (on the command line "nslookup -type=A domen.ru" returns the desired IP), then look in Azure so that the web server is responsible not only for www.domen.ru, but also for domen.ru
Domain number 2, domain number 3
Everything is the same.
Apparently your problem is still in the web server (it catches requests only to one domain, but scores about the rest). It is not necessary to do a redirect, Wordpress will still redirect you to the main domain of the site.
Take a look at this article Linking Your Domain to Wind... . An example for RU-Center, but everything should be by analogy.
This problem is solved in this way
. Go to the DNS Editor in Yandex, the
IP of your hosting provider is prescribed from www.
Add a new entry instead of @www and your ip.
