Is there a simple change management software?
Given is the software that we develop and the customer who, during commissioning, issues requests for changes in the software (this can be a text description with a picture or a picture with changes).
We need software (ideally, a web service with authentication) where the customer can write requests and attach pictures, and the developer can track, change their status (corrected, rejected, etc.) and generate a report on the changes made. There is usually no Internet access, so you need the ability to install the software locally.
Is there a similar freeware software with minimal functionality? So far, I find only super-sophisticated project management systems.
Or at least tell me which way to google.
