Hourly cheap Gantt chart (software)?

Without wasting time on politeness:
Interested in software (web or standalone) - gantt chart

  • Free, has a trial period, or costs not very many bucks ($100 ceiling for the utility)
  • Not too busy, easy to understand.
  • Dependency Support
  • Possibility of hourly job assignments
  • Support for 24/7 mode (usually in all five days).
  • As far as possible - not lag.

Dreams:
  • Works on mobile phones
  • Support for work order - “start as early as possible”, “delay as far as possible”
  • Move the bars with the mouse and make dependencies
  • Ability to set multiple deadlines - minimum, expected, and maximum. (I saw where it was expected and maximum)
  • Working hours of an employee - if he was chosen responsible, then take into account that he does not work on weekends, for example
  • Maximum workload per employee - per day, per week, per month
  • Idle employees - who and when will beat the buckets, and how much for the whole time.

I watch the second ten softins - I can not find it.
I saw the question habrahabr.ru/qa/9843/ , but maybe something has changed, and my wording is more accurate.

If the online gantt chart is GanttPRO - it is tailored for small teams and at the same time very easy to learn. It has a number of mandatory features, such as exporting to XLSX, PNG. PDF, iCAL, task filtering, critical path creation and others.

I really like asana instagantt
Completely solves the problem of Microsoft Project, there is auto-scheduling. But painfully uncomfortable, unintuitive and laggy. But very powerful.
I do not advise, but there is app.gantter.com/

As options, you never know:
WebAsist Projects . True, the cost is in the ceiling, but they often have promotions and you can get much cheaper through resellers.
Well, maybe… google-docs :-[ Simple tables are pretty handy for this.
