Is there a simple ASP.NET MVC engine for a website?
Recommend some simple engine/source code for a minimal working site. At least posting and authorization to be.

Just create an application "ASP.NET WebApplication" and select the type "MVC" in Visual Studio.
There are controllers, models, views, routing, view models (ViewModel), layout, registration, authorization, profile editing
