Is there a service where you can set a reward for volunteers for contributing to open source?

Somehow I heard about such initiatives before, but I can’t find something where users can assign a reward to anyone who implements the function they need in an open source project.

codemill.io I googled, it seems that there are even tasks (and all the ancient ones that are irrelevant to the campaign), but very few, from 2-3 projects.
I saw some kind of crypto project similar, only there were no users at all except for the developers of the service themselves, and they posted tasks on it to develop the service and did them themselves)))
But in general, I would say this is a road to nowhere.
Why not just freelance?
Open source in 99% has no money and nothing at all, but you need to pay for the work from somewhere.
The fee for contributing to open source is a plus in your portfolio, which you can then show to the employer, for example.
