Welcome all! Need an Open Source CMS with multiple languages+news+forum. A photo gallery, audio, integration of videos from YouTube and Ustream.tv are also planned.
The load will be small, about 500-1000 users per day.
It is desirable to bundle PHP + MySql. With good community support.
I will also consider the option of CMS + a separate forum, but the forum needs support for several languages and preferably a single registration with the CMS.

WordPress+qTranslate+bbPress? True, I didn’t look at qTranslate + bbPress, but since custom post is now used in bbPress, I think there will be no problems.

In the first place is a multilingual CMS with good community support. Forum secondary.
Previously I tried MaxSite - I have to "finish it" and there is no forum. If not a forum, then at least to have a normal question and answer.

It's strange that no one mentioned Joomla - multilingual, there are forum extensions, as well as integration with IPB and other forum engines. Judging by the content of the question, you can simply pick up a forum component, such as Kunena.
