Is there a service freeware bootable flash drive?
now there are builds of many authors, but is there a very good service flash drive, exclusively with freeware software?

Look for the 2k10 distribution. I've been using for several years now. The software is right for all occasions, you can see the list in the distribution on some tracker.
There is such PartedMagic , based on Slackware. There is a bunch of any Linux service software. As a rule, this software is free. But here's the set itself... Its author used to distribute it for free, but starting from a certain version he wants money for it (however, he provides technical support services for this money).
Hopefully older free versions can be found online. In my home file washer there are 3 versions: for 2013, 14 and 15. You can try sending it if you can't find it.
