The question arose in connection with the need to test registration in the application through new Apple IDs. But since the number of devices on the project is limited, and somehow you need to check the mobile application, you need a service or a way to bypass Apple ID , so that you can emulate registration in the application under a new Apple ID.

Maybe a Browserstack service? Or other ways, any, but let's say legal =)

Perhaps someone has encountered a similar problem and will suggest a solution?

Depending on what you need to test - you can simply clean the data in your database from old registrations, use test servers that are constantly cleaned, you can even put a stub in the code that will not access the real Apple ID.
In general, you do not need any third-party service.
