How to run Xamarin.Forms application on iPhone?

I have an application written in Xamarin.Forms.
Can I, just like with an android phone, just connect an iPhone to a PC on windows 10 and run the project through F5? I don't have an iPhone handy, so I can't check it myself.

I understand that this is probably a super stupid question, but I still couldn’t really find the information (maybe I was looking badly), basically everything is written about how to run the ios emulator on windows, but the emulator does not suit me, because the application must use the camera .

I had to buy a poppy mini and an iPhone, because otherwise everything works through one place
. And then I realized that writing for an iPhone on VS is hell, I had to do it on the poppy itself
