Is there a server with a GUI?

Is there anything similar to OpenServer on Windows under Linux? To minimize communication with the console and numerous configs. So that everything is configured already from the GUI. So that you can change the PHP version in one click. To automatically create virtual hosts by folder name. Etc. etc. Don't even tell me anything about lamp. They knew they suffered...

And I just need to install locally on a computer with ubuntu and work ..

How did you install Linux at all, or rather, do you use and work at least something there?
Linux is one big console.
If you want automation, put something like ISP as already mentioned.
VestaCP or other free options.
GUI in the Windows sense will not be there anyway.
