How to install 1c bitrix site management?

I'm trying to install 1c Bitrix on Ubuntu Server. Nothing works, so many have already found a site where they write what libraries are needed for this. After installing everything and opening the ip address in the search bar, it gives out a php code. Sometimes it doesn't open at all. Before that, I installed everything, but I had to reinstall the system completely, now I can’t do anything. Can anyone suggest what needs to be done. I don't even have an apache2 folder in my php 7.4 folder
